Ashia is such a wonderful yoga teacher!! I had done occasional yoga classes previously but never properly got into it, but I love the classes with Ashia and look forward to them every week. The classes are for any level, she gives adjustments for you if you're wanting to go for easier or harder poses. She really pushes and challenges you which I love, but also there's no pressure to try more difficult poses if you don't want to. I would highly recommend her classes, they're so much fun :)

I love that Ashia's yoga has the perfect combination between the warmth and the peace of yoga practice and such a good work out that initially I didn't expect. It surprises me how repeating her routines, my arms are now well toned and also my abdomen. I think that's the benefit of yoga in itself and also the particular sequence and speed she has. I've done also online sessions with her, i don't know how she does it, but she manages to see an unstable foot's position and corrects which i thought it was great! Totally recomend her!

If you want to learn yoga, I can’t recommend Ashia highly enough. She is a wonderful yoga teacher and makes everyone feel welcome and special. Her classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced, they are so informative, passionate, full of fun and enjoyable, but if you would prefer to have a private session to build confidence or simply improve your own practice that can also be arranged. Her custom built studio is an amazingly private space, and has a warm friendly atmosphere. It’s like a little yoga retreat away from the the stresses of everyday life. I have practiced yoga for many years now, and consider Ashia is by far, one of the best yoga teachers I have found. She is a true yogi, in every sense of the word.

I absolutely adore her classes. The atmosphere is so relaxed, encouraging and comfortable. Ashia is motivating for all levels and guides you through this practise with expertise. It's not only a great workout (my body is sore for a few days sometimes), for me the most important aspect is the mindfulness. Would highly recommend!

When I first went to Ashia’s class (a number of years ago) I could barely touch my toes and never imagined backbending or even having the strength to chaturanga. Ashia is so lovely, supportive and intrinsically passionate about yoga that she gently pushes you without you even noticing it until you see all the progress you’ve made! Can’t recommend her classes enough to anybody who wants to enjoy yoga and get the most from their body.

Ashia’s Ashtanga Yoga classes have been the best yoga I have ever tried (I’ve tried many!). I love these classes because they are always challenging, yet Ashia offers modifications to make sure they are accessible for all levels. I like that the classes follow a loose structure with the same movement patterns at both the start and the end, with other ashtanga balance exercises, stretches, or body conditioning exercises as well. The classes are held in a beautiful and immaculate garden studio, which instantly feels like a lovely place to be. It always smells beautiful, with relaxing music throughout. It’s such a perfect mix of challenge in perfect surroundings, I honestly can’t think of many more than enjoyable things to do with your time!

Ashia was a very friendly and knowledgeable teacher, there was a really nice vibe about her class too and I was made to feel really welcome by Ashia and the other people in the class, this was my first time taking a yoga class and I really enjoyed it!
