Carole is an amazing lady. I feel at peace, and so relaxed after her restorative yoga classes. She always goes that extra mile for you. I would highly recommend you join in one of her classes.

Carole first taught me Yoga around 5 years ago, after being highly recommended.
It has taken me on a journey that has transformed my life.
Carole holds a wealth of knowledge on Yoga, mediation/mindfulness and Ayurveda and is calm, patient and an amazing teacher. She has taught me to meditate and use everyday exercises and tools to improve my wellbeing.
I love her restorative yoga, which we practice on a full or new moon. There is something special about the way she talks to us, relaxing us as soon as she speaks.
She will always read us an inspiring passage or quote of the day, which always really resonates with me at the time.
She kindly gives up a Saturday morning each month to host an 'Everyday Mindfulness' class, which is free (donations go to charity). This is actually held every other week and she shares hosting with Vicki Marston, who is also amazing.
What I love about spending time with Carole is that I always learn something and its always fun. I normally go away with a big grin on my face XX

I have been taking part in Carole’s moon yoga Restorative zoom classes for over a year now , they are incredible and I look forward to the New moon and Full moon sessions.
Carole creates a safe and friendly environment, giving hints and tips to all , to ensure that you stay injury free and get the maximum benefit from these Restorative yoga poses.
I always feel relaxed and chilled out at the end, living in Cornwall I feel very fortunate to be able to take part along with lots of others from around the globe on zoom . It’s a very welcoming and supportive group , thank you Carole 🙏🏻
