I visited Cheryl Yoga classes. The best class I have ever been to. Travelled around the world attending yoga classes, however Cheryl’s class was by far the best. Excellent teacher, great support.
Talked through poses and techniques with patience and so much passion.

I love attending Cheryl’s yoga class as it helps me with my anxiety. Classes are designed so professionally and provide complete peace and good night sleep.
I love Cheryl’s yoga class because time goes flying. She focuses on the breath work as much as on the poses and you really feel re-energised afterwards. I love the head massage with the lavender oil at the end.
Cheryl classes are a wonderful flow of breath work , stretch , strength and relaxation … given in a clear and concise manner … her every movement is beautifully executed showing graceful transitions , which make it easy to follow .
Cheryl has a positive , fun and relaxed manner… a great glass all round .
Cheryl's classes are amazing. Always interesting, challenging, uplifting and mindful. You feel invigorated and more positive after every class, ready to take on anything.
Cherly is a wonderful mentor both in a class and as a friend. Her humble approach to life has been inspiring and has helped me massively through some difficult parts through my life. My love for yoga has grown more over the last few years and working with Cheryl has been a beautiful, transformative journey and I am still continuing to learn everyday as a teacher and an enthusiast of a practice which allows me to think of life in a very different perspective. As a dance artist, I knew I had wanted to explore more creative ways to enhance my career and the Yoga 200hr Teacher Training was the perfect start for me to take a step in right direction in what I loved doing. The structure of the course is brilliant. Not only does it give you great resources to build your own business..but also I’ve learned a great deal of topics such as the anatomy about the physical body. And spiritually feeling connected to my higher self through learning about energy channels, chakra alignment and consciousness. A few months ago I would’ve had little confidence to start my own classes but with Cheryl’s support and guidance it really made me face my limiting beliefs. It has also been super uplifting to work with the other students and grow together in this short space of time. I now teach already in studios and hoping to create and grow a business full of yoga, dance and mindset work🙏🤍

Such a lovely mindful class. Cheryl is a lovely teacher who teaches at all levels. I also love her health and well-being that she offers which has been amazing. So supportive and has certainly helped with my anxiety and having a much healthier life style that helps support my body and mind.
I love my weekly yoga class with Cheryl. Her yoga practice is great for strength, flow, deep breathing and relaxation. She’s always available both in and out of the class to provide help. I’m definitely more in-tuned with my mind and body.

Before starting one of Cheryl’s yoga sessions, I’m likely to feel anxious, stressed and knotted up. Once the class is over I feel a sense of calm and inner peace, it’s put me in a positive mindset for the following day. I highly recommend to give her sessions ago!
I absolutely love this yoga class on a Thursday evening. I always sleep so well after the class and find it very relaxing. Cheryl is a great instructor and makes the class very therapeutic.
Yoga class review: Your method of delivery is so unique, soothing, free flowing with the just right amount of narrative. You’re a natural and you teach the classes from your heart & with humour. The focus on breathing, energy flows and stretching is spot on & so beneficial as I notice the difference in increased energy levels. As mentioned, I was a member of the Hogarth Health Club in West London where they had numerous excellent yoga teachers all with their personal styles. Your style is certainly amongst one of the best.
Having a long term lower back injury and a recent whiplash injury, I decided to try a yoga class with the aim to help recovery and strengthen myself. Sheryl does an outstanding job week after week at Parklands on her Tuesday class, really taking the time to get to know people and to help improve people's form. During the class she will take time to give individual hints to maximize the benefits of the workout, and provides loads of variations on each pose to suit every level. Her tone and pace changes throughout the class to suit each stage of the workout, from the relaxation to the intense holds. Sheryl is attentive to every aspect of the class, including the temperature in the room! Keep it up Sheryl!
Love Cheryl's yoga classes I really look forward to them every week. The stretching and breathing are so relaxing and the classes really help improve any aches and pains in the body highly recommended
