Lovely swim with my daughter and her 2 boys. I was very impressed how clean and welcoming to families the pool was. We had lunch in the cafe and parked in the carpark for free. We will be returning.

Clean and tidy and as nice as any private health club I have been to. People are friendly. Staff are brilliant, a little wave of welcome from lifeguard each time I swim and the staff on desk couldn't be more helpful.

Went today and playground had pizza box in wiyh other litter items, ie metal bottle tops,crisp packets etc presumably from night before when kids meet there.Hadn't been cleaned by noon time. Also outside eating area was quite grotty.Really needs a good clean with soap and water,with the litter stuck I'm the door groover cleaning !.come on this is a good facility for kid's and swimmers,why not clean the outside adequately? What a shame its so grimey!. On a positive, staff inside nice and helpful.

I use the pool for lane swimming and love the online booking system for 45 minute sessions. Handy for me as I'm a short walk away.

I like this place the water is clean. Went swimming all good but although I respect all people I don't think it's good idea to have men identifying as women using the female changing rooms especially, as there are children there. Women and children are 2 most vulnerable risk groups and need to be looked after.

Used the gym there a few times, and already it's proving to be far more effective and well equipped than the gym i go to back home in Hong Kong. I would definitely recommend it to someone who'd like to workout or keep fit

Have been a member of the gym for about 10 years. It has got better year on year and is a great asset to the community. Staff are friendly and approachable and between the classes and the equipment, I can't think of anything else anyone could need from a gym.

The child's pool is always warm. It is so clean. Everytime we've been there has always been someone cleaning the changing rooms. We've been going here with my children for 4 years now and we will continue to go. Staff are always friendly and the little coffee shop is nice too.

Excellent children's pool. Really shallow so our two children (3 and 5) are both safe and can practice swimming without needing to be carried. Great place for confidence building. A lovely venue as well. Beautiful Scandinavian inspired building.

We travel from around an hours drive to enjoy this wonderful pool. The staff are always polite and friendly and run the place extremely well. We generally use the smaller pool as we have the children and there is usually plenty of space for us all even at weekends. The changing area is basic but fine and the private showers are warm and clean.

I love the pool it's so bright and open because of all the windows surrounding. I always get a bit lost in the changing rooms though it's weirdly set out and unless you manage to get hold of a baby changing cublice it's so cramped getting your kids dressed. Also the shower water was too hot for my kids my 1 year old was screaming as if I was burning her! Just some suggestions but overall great staff and good pool.

The larger pool is great for most abilities and fun for kids who can swim, the deeper end of the pool should only be attempted by those who can swim. The smaller pool is very shallow and quite appropriate for babies and toddlers with supervision. Swim classes are taught here so it's always worth checking the timetable, aqua aerobics classes are also taking place in the larger pool , again check timetable. If you are going to be swimming regularly there is an option to become a member, as an adult this makes financial sense as adult entry is more than £5 to swim. The changing facilities and toilets are cleaned and well taken care of. Lifeguards are on duty constantly.

The gym has just been enlarged and refurbished and it looks great. The staff are always happy to help and the other users are really friendly. There are loads of classes as well and also the swimming pool so no excuses not to get fit.

Staff are nice and the classes are great but the water is freezing and the communal showers go off after a few seconds, then after a couple of goes won't come on again. The cubical showers are really old and grubby and are desperately in need of TLC.

Great for kids learning to swim. Reasonably priced, plenty of staff and space in the pools. the smaller kids pool is kept warmer to keep your kids warmer ion the water and the half olympic sized pool is great if you want to practice your technique. It's never too busy either

Lovely pools, very airy and open. Staff are lovely and changing rooms clean. The cafe could have more choice though and parking is a nightmare. The car park is being extended right now but it's taking a while

Went see a baby cousin swim class. Looked very clean & plenty for them to do. The life guards were very attentive. Very nice coffee in the cafe & pleasant staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Getting better all the time. Gym, pool, fitness studio, much of it new and high quality. Credit where its due, the trust does a great job. Extra parking now available, charges refunded if you use the complex. Recommended to travel to if you're not from the Locality.

I regularly attend pilates and yoga. Recently the temperatures in the studio have been cold. This is not conducive to stretching and relaxation. The temperature in the studio needs to be adjusted to the classes.

The pools are great,but the centre seems strangely designed with a tiny gym snuggled into the far end.The main problem I have is finding a way into the water! Bizarrely there are rows of changing rooms some are accessible from the corridor to the pool but are closed off at the pool,some are closed in and only accessible from the pool side.Its like a maze carrying your bags and clothes looking for the way in to the pool,you have to go through an empty locker to access the pool!Then get soaked by people in the communal showers as you go to the lockers! The cafe was portioned off by big black boards when we visited during half term holidays this week,which make it very dark and gloomy,there was an excercise group behind the boards which could be seen from the pool,very strange,is there not a studio or sports hall here? The staff at cafe when I asked if they had soya milk or dairy free cakes looked at each other as if they'd never heard of dairy free before.Need to cater for all.

We were told (2 adults &3 teens 9yr old 5yr old, 2yr old & 20mth old) on the way in that "the small pool will be open for you in 15mins " but actually only the deep end of the small pool was available because of lessons! Flipping hard to get into without the use of the stairs ( i use 2 crutches ) Our 5yr old girl couldnt reach the bottom which knocked her confidence, so clung to her big sister or me out of fear the whole time! There was 12 pool noodles on the side which were unused the whole time we were there the life guard wouldn't let the kids play will them as "they are needed 4 the lessons" yet we were allowed to on our last visit! Try telling the 20mth he's not allowed to use what we were allowed to use the fun swim aid). If we had of known that we couldn't have used the steps and the shallow end we would have come back in an hour Just as we were leaving we were told to use the shallow end as lesson was now in the deep end wonderful!!! The pool and changing areas are always clean & tidy and staff are polite.

A relaxing and open seating area to view the pool from with walls of windows on each side. Cafe is great, you get your money back from the car park ticket too when you buy something.

I use this swimming pool on a regular basis. It is clean, tidy and the staff welcoming. There is a gym there too and they also hold yoga and tai chi classes.
