Georgia is the best and most enjoyable yoga teacher I have ever found. In her classes she manages to combine a good workout with a mixture of mindfulness and calm. I always feel much more grounded and relaxed after my class. Her thorough explanations of positioning etc have improved me no end and I now feel I practice correctly. I love the music and ‘little extras’ that Georgia introduces too. I cannot recommend these classes more highly. I just wish I lived closer.

I'm so glad I found Georgina's classes! Pregnancy yoga was so relaxing and really helped me prepare for birth, it also eased the severe hip and back pain I was experiencing during my 3rd trimester.
The baby yoga classes had a good amount of yoga and play for the little ones - it also became a place I could meet new friends. and share experiences.
Georgina is very knowledgeable, approachable and kind - I enjoyed her teaching style so much I then signed up for the normal adult yoga.

The online classes in lockdown provided some much needed peace and calm and then giving everyone a place to go and other people to see once everything opened up a little was really lovely! Yoga with Georgia is one of South London's best kept secrets! She's absolutely brilliant. She has a calming, relaxed vibe and somehow manages a pace that works for everyone. I came to her as a complete beginner, and can honestly say it's the only exercise I've done consistently in the last 2 and a half years. I really look forward to her classes; Monday evenings on the mat sets me up for the week. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I started Georgia's classes when I was pregnant and these were incredible, made me feel so relaxed and really help with some pregnancy pain.
I was so happy to find out that she also offers Mum and Baby yoga classes which we started when my daughter was 3 months old and again they're the best! I 've never really been into yoga before but one thing for sure, Georgia made me really like it! I truly think that it all depends on the teacher!
She is absolutely amazing as a teacher and as a person!
I'm so looking forward to going to her class every week and could not recommend enough any of her classes :)

I have been doing yoga with Georgia since January this year and I absolutely love it! I started as a complete beginner but have improved so so much through her excellent guidance. Classes are super accessible and even in tune to how we’re feeling each week e.g. if we want to focus on back or hips etc. Options and adjustments are offered to suit everyone. I always feel amazing afterwards and now totally understand how addictive yoga can be. Georgia is super approachable and knowledgeable about the practice and I really value her advice. I had a private lesson over zoom during lockdown and was amazed at how much she could improve my form over a video call. I also joined her weekly lockdown classes. I’ve been attending Georgia’s sound bath’s at Effra Space for about 5 months now. I suffer from insomnia & find switching off very difficult, the sound bath’s 🎐 have definitely helped me relax & become more in tune with my body, plus I am sleeping better than I was.
Georgia is a fabulous practitioner, she is kind, approachable, informative, a great listener, responsive & has the most soothing voice during the therapy. I would definitely recommend Georgia to anyone who hasn’t tried Sound Bath’s before, as I very much look forward to the once a month sessions.

Baby yoga with Georgia was amazing. I loved it so much and so did my 3 month baby. I still sing him the songs and do the gentle massage on him before his bath to settle him and it works every time ! It was a perfect thing to do after having a baby and helps you to go slowly but build strength at the same time.

Georgia also runs a monthly Gong Bath. They are hard to explain but if you have not tried one before it is an experience you will never forget.

Absolutely Amazing experience ! The gong bath was wonderful I felt very relaxed and filled with renewed energy/ the room was lovely with yoga mat, bolsters and eyes masks with a place to leave my belongings so I didn’t have to bring anything/ Georgia s soothing voice was leading the gong bath while she was playing her various gongs and bowls and various sounds tools so beautifully . I will definitely come back ! Highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic experience with EFT here. I was put at ease on arrival with the relaxing atmosphere. Georgia was easy to talk to and we got deep into some normally uncomfortable topics very quickly. It didn't feel uncomfortable to share them with her. She got me to visualise where I was holding my stress and it helped enormously. I felt a huge difference in my anxiety from walking in the door to walking out of the door. The practices I left with have helped me since and I can highly recommend Georgia for a professional and beneficial experience.
