I've been attending Duncan's group classes since 2014, initially as a newly qualified Pilates teacher in need of guidance, but more recently for inspiration and an innovative and unique approach to movement - you won't find a lot of what Duncan teaches in a typical exercise manual. Duncan has also been invaluable in helping me overcome a chronic ITB issue which had all but stopped me running entirely. Highly recommend this teacher to both runners and non-runners, but a must for anyone in need of a no-nonsense and friendly approach to training.
