Following a shoulder injury I was recommended for Physiotherapy with Esther, after which I started participating in her Pilates classes. Not only has my shoulder improved but so has my posture, my back pain and the level of movement in my whole body. I can't believe how much Pilates has helped me both physically and mentally. If you have any injuries or just want to improve your range of movement or level fitness then Esther Marshall will guide you back to health. I can't recommend the online Pilates classes enough, they are so enjoyable and personal and you feel safe in the knowledge that she is a fully qualified physiotherapist who knows your capabilities.

I have been doing Pilates with Esther coming to 7 years now. I enjoy Esther's classes because:
* She is very good at explaining the exercises ( more appreciated now that since the pandemic her classes are online),
* For exercises that can be done at different levels, the basic level and the more challenging one, she explains the different levels so we can choose the level at which we would like to do them that day.
* She varies her exercises from one week to the next.
* She emails the recording of her classes which are accessible for 1 week.

I love these classes especially when working on posture (since lockdown has increased the amount of sitting at a desk I do) and getting me out of the bad habits that I've built up over my years of being a gymnast. Esther always adapts classes to meet the different needs and abilities of the group; adding in challenges or steps down as required. And the added bonus of being able to do the class from my own home with the option of completing session at a later date if needed with recordings being sent. Would highly recommend

I have spent approx 18 months doing Pilates every week 1-1, and occasionally having physiotherapy with Esther. She is a very good teacher and her knowledge from her qualified physio status is very useful in Pilates too.
I go to Lily House, where I can park in the Sainsbury's car park opposite. I plan to continue with Pilates once lockdown allows us back.

I enjoy doing Pilates with Esther, it is both physically and mentally beneficial.
Each session is taylor made for the group and caters for individual physical needs.
