I found Forys Physio after a back injury. I knew I couldn't just wait on the NHS waiting list. It was great to see that Sylwia combined a physiotherapy background with Pilates. I've been doing private sessions and now I feel I'm fully recovered, but I want to keep doing more because I see the great benefits it's giving me in terms of improving my mobility and posture, fixing imbalances, improving core strength, and protecting from future injuries. It's really so important in today's world, and Sylwia is is brilliant and just so nice!

I have regular Pilate sessions with Forys Physio. My trainer Sylwia is first class. She is very experienced and builds up each session, tailor made to the needs of the clients. She has given me individual knee, hip and thigh strengthening exercises. My mobility, strength and flexibility have improved. Her sessions are energetic and challenging and really enjoyable. I can recommend both her 1:1 and small group session either in class or on zoom.

I have been taking weekly one to one Reformer Pilates classes with Sylwia Forys for a couple of years initially face to face and now currently online. I really look forward to these classes which are targeted to my specific requirements.
Sylwia is an excellent Pilates instructor who focuses on the technique of each exercise, provides continuous guidance and plays close attention to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly and safely. She can adapt the Pilates training to accommodate for any injuries which reflects her physiotherapist background and expertise.
By attending Sylwia's classes I have been able to build on my core strength and feel confident to undertake more challenging exercises. I would highly recommend taking one to one classes with Sylwia as with her guidance and support you will be able to achieve your Pilates goals.

I would recommend Sylwia to anyone who wants to increase their core strength, balance, flexibility and muscle tone. I have been attending classes with Sylwia for a while now and the difference the regular attendance to her classes is noticeable both in terms of appearance (people asked me if I got taller) and of how I feel. The fact that on top of being a top professional Sylwia is also a positive and cheerful individual is an added bonus!

I started practicing pregnancy pilates with Sylwia since September last year and I’ve been so happy to join her weekly classes ever since. As my pregnancy has progresed Sylwia is being very helpful in adapting exercises and routines for my needs and different stages of my pregnancy. As a mum of a toddler, working from home full time during lockdown, I’ve been experiencing different pains in my back, hips, shoulders and ankles. Sylwia’s customized approach has helped me tremendously to recover to the point that I feel stronger at my nearly 9 month’s pregnancy than at the beginning of it. She is very personal, approachable, and really cares about correcting every detail of my pilates positions which she is able to spot on the camera on the online classes which is impressive! I highly recommend her, and look forward to joining her post-natal classes after my baby is born!

I have been practising pilates with Sylwia for several years now. Over the years, I had various problems to fix. I first attended her normal pilates class to work on my posture after spending all day sitting in the office. When I was pregnant, I was looking forward to her antenatal class all week, as the exercises really helped relieve some of the pregnancy pain. My baby was born a few months ago, so I'm now doing some postnatal work with Sylwia to help recover from the birth, but also deal with poor posture due to constantly carrying a baby. Sylwia is a great teacher, she adapts each exercise to my personal need, and I always feel much better after a class. She is also very friendly and approchable, always with a smile on her face I cannot recommend Sylwia enough!

I first met Sylwia when she stood in for our regular teacher & was immediately impressed by her style of teaching, the variety of exercises & her care. She is a true professional and very passionate about Pilates. The class sizes are small allowing her to help, guide & encourage us to go beyond our comfort zone. No two classes are the same, keeping us interested & focused. If she sees you struggling she’ll help to correct you, sometimes suggesting alternatives, you are never left feeling inadequate. I’ve certainly improved my core strength & posture & really enjoy her weekly sessions.

I have been attending Sylwia's Pilates classes for about a year. Having tried other classes in the Ealing area, in my view, Sylwia is by far the best teacher. The classes are always varied from week to week so you don't yet bored. In addition Sylwia is very good at judging the experience and of motivation of the attendees and adjusting the level of exercises accordingly. The classes are never too large so you are always be assured of getting personal support and advice.

Sylwia runs regular matwork pilates classes in Ealing. She is a very enthusiastic teacher and pays close attention to every student. As Sylwia is also a trained physiotherapist, I feel I am in safe hands when trying new exercises. Her teaching methods have helped me to strengthen my core, improve my posture and therefore feel less tired in an active job. Sylwia plans her lessons, looking to improve and progress every student within the group. This keeps her classes varied and exciting and I look forward to it every week.

The class was amazing, with small class numbers you feel like you get a lot more out of the session and Sylwia is a fantastic and patient instructor, who really tailors the classes to your needs. Great Pilates classes in a convenient location only a short walk from Ealing Broadway. Sylwia is a very knowledgeable and passionate teacher who has an eye for detail. An absolutely amazing physio. Before seeing Sylwia I had a wrist injury for a year - the pain was increasing, my range of movement was dwindling, and I could do less and less. I could feel and see the improvement after the first session, and three sessions in I am almost back to where I was before the injury. A few years ago I had a brush with sciatica and as soon as it was posible I joined this Pilates class to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility. The instructor, Sylwia, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes time to ask about her students form at each session and tailors the exercises accordingly.
