Katka is a really brilliant Yoga and Pilates Teacher. I have known her for many years now.
Her approach is to really understand what you need from the yoga session and so she checks in with you regularly and then adapts the session fluidly. During the class, Katka explains the moves in terms of how they will benefit your body as well as any options that are relevant to your needs. This means that your whole body and mind can benefit from the session. Finally Katka combines the breathing with the moves And stretches too and this really helps create the space, at least for me, to separate mentally the outside hectic life, from what I am focusing on, on the mat today. Her approach is so powerful because after a session I carry with me all day that sense of calm and relaxation . Perfect.

I have practiced yoga for a few years but since attending Katka's classes my yoga has really improved. Katka is good at focusing in on where you need help and pushing you to reach your potential.

Katka is a great teacher!
I practice yoga with her since a few years and she is just brilliant.
Weather you are looking for mild to strong type of yoga she covers both. She is also a pilates trainer.
I love her ability to make me improve. I am using the zoom classes since the pandemic which means smaller classes and Katka very focused on checking your movements.
sessions have also the feeling of ‘friends gathering’ as when we have time we have also a good chat after.

I've done Kat's yoga classes for years and I love them. She's a very conscientious teacher and helps me improve. I've recently started her postnatal yoga classes and they are great as well. She offers different levels to accommodate different stages of postnatal recovery. I do the class with my 7 month old and he has a great time too. I'd highly recommend her classes!

Katka is an awesome teacher. I’ve been attending her classes for 4 years and always leave feeling more relaxed and stronger. Wouldn’t be able to play as much sports as I do without attending her classes. More flexible now than I was 10 years ago as a result. Would recommend her classes to both beginners and experienced people.

I have known Kat for nearly 10 years now and she was my first yoga teacher and I was one of the first students. What started as guinea pig to test her teaching skills on, became a serious learning exercise. She inspired, taught, corrected and encouraged me to move up the yoga ladder.
She has diversified in the last years into different styles: flow, power, Pilates... the list goes on..
Her instructions are explicitly clear and she explains the science behind each movement and action to help excel on the posture. I would have given up yoga if not for Kat, and I am currently going strong in my 9th year of yoga. I have enjoyed every session.. they are never repetitive and the interest levels are always high across the class....

Katka has been a fantastic instructor. I was (am) a complete novice and could barely touch my toes, but through her patience and her ability to make me understand my body’s range of movement I’ve become stronger and have a lot less injuries from other activities such as running. She strikes the perfect balance of encouraging and supporting what I can do and motivating me to push myself and get better.

Had a great class with Katka on the Saturday morning, that focused on on some core postures, with some room for doing more depending on your level. I have practicing yoga with Katka for over 9 years, she got me into it as a yoga convertee and I'm am still going strong.
During the session I even managed to try a few new postures that I had never done before. Will attend again soon, as it was a nice way to start another lockdown weekend.

I started attending Katka’s yoga classes at MoreYoga Greenwich in 2018 and since the first class I knew I wanted to come back. Katka’s classes are inspiring and challenging in the best way! I’ve learned so much from her classes, especially to connect with myself and get to know my body and mind, also with the benefit of getting stronger. Since the beginning of lockdown, I started doing her online classes and they are fab! Even though we do the classes through a screen, it still feels like being in the same room, I’ve learned so much more in these past few months!! I hugely recommend Katka’s classes as they are wonderful and they leave you recharged and with positive energy for the rest of the day and week!
