I have been doing Pilates (to help fix an old lower back injury) for many years alongside my Yoga practice and truth be told I used to find Pilates quite boring - that was until I attended one of Michelle Lane's classes. Not only does Michelle have an incredible knowledge of anatomy and the body which is super inspiring but she challenges me so much in class that it is impossible to feel bored and I actually now find myself excited in the anticipation of my next class. My strength has improved and continues to, with Michelle's knowledgable instruction. And I feel great after the session. I highly recommend.

Michelle has been teaching me for well over a year now on the recommendation of my osteopath. I cannot recommend her classes enough. She carefully tailors each class to my needs and it has been exciting to see myself grow stronger under her careful tutelage and achieve things I hadn’t thought myself capable of. She really knows her stuff and is eagle eyed when it comes to making subtle adjustments and checking I am doing the exercises properly. I love that she throws new exercises And variations into the mix to keep my interest while also working to develop/improve the core exercises. I should also add she is great company and a pleasure to be taught by. I remain super grateful for all her lessons through lockdown.

Michelle is a special teacher. She makes the difficult look easy and encourages you to work harder whilst keeping it fun with the right attention to detail. Technique and stamina combined have improved for me since doing reformer pilates with Michelle. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I've been having 1-to-1 lessons with Michelle since January 2020. She's fantastic at explaining and demonstrating precisely how exercises are supposed to work, and has an uncanny ability to always prescribe the right number of reps! Zoom lessons during lockdown were great - personalised, varied, precise corrections. It's made a huge difference to my back pain & I couldn't recommend her more.
