I have never been more happy with a Yoga studio! The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I was running late for a class Dylan, the founder of HPY, was leading. After looking through the glass to get his attention, he called for someone to open up for me and I was able to attend the practice. The heated studio is great and the quality of teachers on board is top notch. The studio is very homey, quaint and very clean. Do not miss out on this gem people! I guarantee do will leave the class feeling light and energized :-)

A little haven away from the craziness of London. I started with Hot Power Yoga 3 years ago on their 30 day intro offer, and have practice regularly ever since. It is a dynamic yoga style but not aggressive, everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace. I find it an active meditation and mentally and physically healing. A great resource of teachers all with different teaching styles, who bring personality to class. When I leave HPY I always feel better. The teaching programmes and workshops that Dylan facilitates are top notch and my life has benefited from the knowledge and support he has shared. Thanks to Dylan and all his staff. Big love : )

Amazing Place. the hot power yoga is no joke and will test you, but the connection you get with your body is amazing. Stress relief and really good for mindfulness. The instructor really connects with the class keeps you in the right mindset throughout, making sure your breathing, commenting on different feelings and techniques through each of the poses. Highly recommend :)

I joined HPY on a 30 day trial in 2013 and loved it so much that I signed up for a full membership instead of moving on to a different studio like I have in the past.
What I love most about the studio is the teachers, they are all really friendly and down to earth and really take the time to get to know you, especially if you attend the less busy classes during the day. As it says on the tin, 'Hot Power Yoga' is a hot, sweaty workout which is great for me as a find other styles of yoga a bit too slow and like I haven't really worked my body much at all.
I've enjoyed the classes so much that I actually signed up to do my teacher training there, which was such an amazing experience and I'm now a qualified teacher myself. Thanks HPY!!

I've got to this studio and to yoga world literally out of nothing and i just fell in love with it.
This type of yoga is perfect if you want to get a nice workout and sweat as it is much more dynamic, intense and physically challenging than the simple breath and stretch you might expect from yoga, yet you will leave all your stress on the mat and the class with a very relaxed mind.
Every day there is a different teacher, each one of them with a different style which doesn't make it feel boring and repetitive. All of them together with Jill make a nice group of friendly and professional people to guide safely through the poses.
If like me you don't fancy gym or intense cardio, you should give this a try.

Without doubt one of the best Yoga studios I have been to anywhere in the world. I was lucky to live very nearby in Clapham and so I've practiced here since HPY first opened. Last year I did my Yoga Alliance 200hr teacher training with Hot Power Yoga founder Dylan Ayaloo who I believe to be world class. The style of yoga is simple, powerful, challenging and totally changed my life. I would recommend this studio to anybody! It's friendly, warm, welcoming and the standard of teaching and student care is exceptional. I'm so grateful to have found Hot Power Yoga.

When I discovered Hot Power Yoga, I finally felt like I had found somewhere I could find calm and strength amidst the craziness of London and life. This little but wonderful studio gave me a practice to find peace and release in, a teacher training that empowered and changed my life and a little yoga family that I still call home.
This intimate studio has heart and it is one of the best styles of yoga I have found in England, a practice that challenges and nurtures, creates strength and flexibility and truly gets me out of my head and into my body.
Thank you Dylan and HPY.

I have been going to LLIV yoga for two years now, the teachers are amazing and the studio is great as it overlooks the common and in the summer we sometimes go on the roof. Yoga has helped me overcome anxiety and I have met some lovely people through it. I would highly recommend LLIV yoga, it has changed my life and taught me to try and be moment as well as improving my flexibility and strength. There is nothing better than going to a class after a stressful day and clearing your head!

HPY are awesome. This studio turned me onto yoga from the start. Amazing community - friendliness beyond belief, and top-class teachers. There's a definite focus on body and breath, in the best traditions of power yoga, with the obvious mindful benefits that come from a regular and intense yoga practise. I signed up to a 12 month pass and soon enough, signed up to teacher training, and once I qualified, HPY unleashed me onto the world to spread my passion and love of yoga. I've never looked back. I hold a special place in my heart for HPY and what Dylan has built here. Can't recommend it enough. Andy. :)

Took my first beginner class tonight and wanted to leave some feedback as well as suggestions for improvement.
Positives:
* Great location in the heart of Clapham
* Reasonable price
* I liked that the room was heated. It felt good to sweat
* I learned some poses which felt good and relaxing and which I will definitely try again at home
* The teacher was nice, kind, and helpful, and made me feel safe and welcome
Negatives:
* The practice didn't feel relaxing to me, it was more like a military drill. Considering this was titled a beginner class it was really fast and I had a hard time following the class. It would also be good to explain on the website what "power yoga" really means
* I would have appreciated a general intro to certain things like using the bands, etc. Given this was my first time ever trying yoga, I had no idea how to use them
