A must-visit studio beyond yoga itself! The studio is inside an iconic leisure centre right behind Canarby Street. And I particularly recommend the hot yoga there instructed by Shimon.

Ive been here three or four times now and love the hot yoga! All the teachers are so helpful, giving lots of variety in every class

Almost all instructors are wonderful, passionate about what they do, provides variations for different levels, nice and calming voices. Would strongly recommend MoreYoga 🧘♀️🧘♀️🧘♀️

I really love this yoga studio. Have previously been to MoreYoga Old Street, which is a pretty small basement studio, where the air can get a bit unfresh.
But the Soho studio is on the 2nd floor, spacious and also very beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is very cozy and makes it easy to go within and focus on the practice.
Have tried four different classes/teachers in Soho so far and they have all been fantastic in their own unique way. Highly recommended!

More Yoga Soho is great, the class is big so you generally get a slot every time. There are showers and towels available to use which makes getting ready for work super easy. Matt who teaches Hot Dharma on Monday is very welcoming and positive. he makes the class really fun. I'm only 3 months into going to yoga regularly and I'm already nearly at a head stand thanks to his guidance. I really recommend More Yoga to anyone as its such great value for money and gives you the option to take classes at all their studios.

This is my absolute favourite More Yoga studio. It's really spacious (so even during busy peak mid-week classes you're not banging into other people), has a lovely ambience and calming atmosphere. The decor is really nice, and it's always clean and well maintained. As with all More Yoga studios it offers a really great range of classes across a wide range of times across the week. Given that it's part of a leisure centre there's also shower options.

Easily my favourite More Yoga location! Located within the Marshall St leisure centre, it enjoys the spacious separate changing rooms and shower facilities that other MoreYoga studios lack. The studio itself is a really beautiful space - softly lit, with mirror panelled and mandala painted walls. It's the first MY location to offer hot yoga, although as I'm not a fan, I can't comment on these classes. The timetable highlights for me are the quieter weekend classes (if you want to practice here mid-week, be prepared to book well in advance!), especially Lydia Lim's Saturday morning mandala class. I would LOVE to see Lydia's former power yoga / mandala double bill return to Saturday mornings, but one class from this incredible teacher is still better than none.

My favourite MoreYoga studio! Spacious and well decorated, offers both normal and hot yoga and the variety of classes and teachers is great. They are located in a leisure centre with nice facilities so you can shower before work after an early morning classes, or even after their shorter lunchtime yoga sessions, and it's really super central. I'm genuinely excited to get up and come to yoga in this studio, even on cold winter mornings. thanks!

Selina’s class was really great! It was so good I ended up staying for all three that evening. The soho studio is big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. It would be helpful if all the adjuncts could be kept in one place as anyone who’s new wouldn’t necessarily know where the straps and bolsters are. Additionally better signage to get to the studio from within the leisure Center would help new students not get as lost as I did. I would definitely recommend it! MoreYoga has been life changing for me.

MoreYoga is a nice studio for yoga enthusiasts of all levels. The staffs and teachers to be extremely friendly and the studio itself is kept in very clean condition. The studio has good facilities such as, water fountain and shower rooms etc. Very convenient for those work or live in central London. Highly recommend.

Beautiful variety of classes. Great space, great teachers ! Go for the hot yoga !! Showers available, room is spacious, it’s a comfortable way to practice and learn. My favorite out of all the studios I’ve tried so far
C. M.
I love More Yoga. The Soho studio is spacious and perfectly located. The fact that it is inside a sports complex is also great (specially for those wanting to take a shower after the class) . The instructors are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I thoroughly recommend this studio.

I love MOREYOGA SOHO. It is hard to find affordable hot yoga in London and this is just that. Plus they give you towels. I really have enjoyed a wide range of classes i have attended here. The teachers are really happy and enthusiastic people, while being supportive of where you are in your practise. Absolutely would recommend!

This is my favourite MoreYoga studio which I’ve visited thus far. It is spacious, clean and well kept. I particularly enjoyed the hot Yogalates class, it is great to have a studio with the option to be heated. The studio is a short walk from Oxford Circus, very easy to reach. Remember to have a text message confirming your class in order to gain access to the building.

I like new More Yoga studio in SOHO. It is in the heart of city - the Leisure center, where you could have swim classes/gym in addition to your yoga.
The room for the classes is big and fresh.
Teachers are qualified and attentive to each person. Highly recommend the studio.

Gorgeous studio! A whole wall made of mirror, the rest black, feels like a different world. Offers some hot yoga classes too, although haven’t tried them, I find the room is normally quite warm anyway. They have some showers at this studio too which is a plus! Overall one of my favourite studios :)

I really like this studio. It's within the Marshall Street Leisure Centre and therefore benefits from its showers and changing room facilities which can be lacking at other More Yoga studios. I've been to several lunchtime and evening classes, all of them excellent. It books up pretty quickly so I advise booking in advance if you can.

The hot yoga! It studio is beautiful with great teachers and an amazing range of classes. I love it and will keep on going back. It is also great that there are showers and they give you a towel when it is hot yoga. Although there are limited classes during the weekend.

Great little yoga studio in the heart of central London. They offer amazing hot and non-hot classes. The teachers are excellent and More Yoga is very affordable with locations all over central London. Highly recommend.

This studio has a different vibe to rest of the more yoga studio due to being part of a gym. Great hot yoga and shower facilities!
I love coming here to do yoga, before before go out in the evening, you feel so at peace and grounded.

Lovely yoga studio tucked away in a fitness centre that has an indoor pool. Great variety of classes, just wish there are longer and more advanced levels, as well as more hot classes especially in the morning. You need to book online and can’t just turn up, which can be a little bit inconvenient.

Studio capacity - 24 people
Facilities - 2x changing rooms (curtain cubicles) outside the yoga studio, but guests can use the Marshall Street Leisure centre changing rooms with showers and many WCs, changing cubicles and water fountains etc. The studio also offers HOT YOGA classes here, and you will be given a towel at reception if you do a hot yoga class.
Location - In the heart of Soho, 5-7min walk fro Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus stations, or busses from Oxford and Regent Streets.
Bicycle parking - Across the road there are a few fixed bicycle parking places and lampposts with bike hoops on them, they do fill up as general soho shoppers/workers/tourists fill the area later in the day, they are normally all free in the morning for earlier classes.
Noise level - As this is inside the Leisure Centre, there is not street noise, but sometimes if there is a spinning or exercise class in the upstairs studio you can hear muffles of other music.
Natural light - None.
Space - This is a very large studio space with a mirrored wall at one end. Marshall Street Leisure Centre members can book the classes as well as the MoreYoga users so good to reserve in advance as it can fill up. Annoyingly to clean mats after classes here you have to use disposable paper towels which feels like a waste compared to the cloths most other MoreYoga studios have - maybe the management could reconsider this from an environmental perspective?
The Marshall Street Leisure Centre is a really lovely historical building, some information on the recent renovation is on display board is in the corridors.
For first time visitors to MoreYoga here - register with reception to get your Everyday-Active card, so arrive a bit earlier. To find the studio (it is a bit of a rabbit warren), pass through the turnstiles and head all the way down the long corridor to the end. Take the dog leg right, then left where there is small water fountain in the corridor. Take the door just before the fountain (you can see the pool through the door opposite) and head up the stairs tot he next floor. Turn right and you sill see a holding space with two draw-curtain changing cubicles, and some shoe shelves outside the studio.

Spacious and beautifully decorated studio with a massive mirror! Teachers are very good and this studio also offers hot yoga, which is great. Inside a sport centre, but quite isolated hence pretty quiet. Super Recommended!

This is a brilliant yoga studio, situated in the beautiful, 1930s Marshall Street Leisure Centre. The rubber mats are excellent: no slipping guaranteed. This is the best studio in the MoreYoga arsenal, perfectly located in the centre of Soho. Catriona's Monday morning Ashtanga is a highlight: one of the best classes I've been to.
S. P.
Definitely one of the nicer MoreYoga studios, with the added benefit of hot classes. The hot dharma on Monday is one of my favourites (although be warned it is VERY hot), but there is a great mix of non-heated classes too: I would recommend the ahstanga, hatha, and mandala flow classes. As with all MoreYoga studios, the teachers are excellent and the mats are really comfortable.

I've been a member of MoreYoga since the beginning of the year and use Soho MY regularly. This studio has early morning and late evening classes so I can work around my work schedule and they offer hot yoga classes. Love Shimon's Wednesday class.
R. S.
Really nice yoga studio. Lots of space around the mats so not too cramped. Well decorated and great ambiance. Also really handy to have access to showers & lockers within the leisure centre building (bring a padlock).
E. G.
One of my favourite MoreYoga studios. The room is very big and hot yoga is available in this room. There are shower facilities and a water fountain, plus it is in a great central location!
L. G.
Best part of my working day is going to a yoga class at lunch. I signed up for the annual membership and am loving the studio and teachers. It's a very relaxing and invigorating vibe, and has changed my life in terms of self awareness, reduced anxiety and stress, and moving towards my true values.
S. K.
Please note this studio is on the TOP FLOOR of the leisure centre and also you’ll need to show your confirmation email of your class to security before you’re let in.The studio itself is beautiful one of the nicest ones! Massive room and the location is easy to find! Also has a waiting area outside which is helpful if you are early.
B. S.
Fantastic location for those of us with time to kill in Soho and fancy a bit of a bend n stretch, beats sitting somewhere with a coffee or a pint! Its within the leisure centre, up a few floors and down some corridors, so make sure you leave plenty of time to arrive on the mat! Changing space available, the studio itself is dark and atmospheric and they heat it for certain classes.
A. J.
Really lovely studio inside of Marshall Street Leisure Centre. Teachers are great and there a good range of classes on offer. Also within walking distance of the office. Would recommend
C. P.
Great new yoga studio partnership with the leisure centre, regular 'hot' and 'cool' classes, the heat is infrared and quite gentle and the variety of teachers is great .
c. c.
Really nice and big studio, classes are great, love being able to do them at lunch. Do wish there was more classes around 5:30-6 pm. Otherwise very happy with the studio!
M.
Great location and venue and a good variety of teachers and classes- including hot yoga class facilities. Really easy to book through the MindBody app and access via the everywhere active gym reception.
R. J. T.
A very good studio, the location is perfect, central, easy access, walking distance from Oxford Circus with no street noises! Specially love the Yim classes on Sunday afternoons with Laura.
R. M.
The studio is in a gorgeous building but there can be a lunchtime queue to get in, so arrive a bit early. The teachers are strong - especially love a quick practice with Kathy and Tommy.
S. D.
Really affordable, great studios and teachers! Even though the classes can get busy, something which is unavoidable in London, the classes never feel over crowded. Thanks MoreYoga!
I.
It’s inside this healthy club. Generally I would say this is at a lower tier level, but you have everything you need. Mat, boater, blocks. Mat can be of better quality as it is slightly slippery. Generally a good place for practise.
S. K. S.
It's a nice venue, with showers. The only downside for me was, once I was in the building I've struggled to find the classroom, so worth giving it extra 5 min for your first visit.
H. s.
This is a great studio with a calm atmosphere. The teachers are excellent, and there is a good variety of classes and styles
E. B.
Lovely, very modern and spacious studio. The Rocket class is very enjoyable, a good stretch.
P. B.
Affordable yoga with great teachers and a huge range of classes to choose from. Highly recommend!
C. H.
Classes are great and there is amazing variety in what is offered in terms of difficulty.
C. P.
Didn’t enjoy this studio because it took me 15 min to find it - weird entrance, top floor, one staircase was a dead end....
E. M.
Really amazing studio, and great variety of different classes
h. c.
Great teachers, I love the hot dharma class
I. K.
Excellent location and venue!
