Nick is a great yoga teacher. I was introduced through a friend. Nick is friendly and we got on straight away, diligent in his sessions, helping guide you through and creates an amazing space for his students. Extra bonus points for his professional gong playing skills which you get to experience at the end of a session. Thanks Nick!

I stumbled upon Nick's yoga and meditation online, only to find that on that actual day he had a small group of people meeting outside for a session. I bravely went along and felt instantly welcome. Nick's teaching is so calm and easy to follow I was completely absorbed.
I have since discovered Nick does online classes which is wonderful in your own home, particularly as the Gong meditation is so deep and relaxing it's perfect not to have to drive home afterwards

My partner and I have weekly yoga and gong sessions with Nick. We really look forward to these and are always grateful that Nick is able to adapt the session to our needs/abilities with ease, including during pregnancy. You can tell that he puts in the time and effort to make sure we get the most out of each session.
At the beginning my partner was sceptical of what benefits he would get from our sessions, however he has throughly enjoyed them and we have both had positive changes to our mind, body and soul. Nick is really wonderful and makes us feel very comfortable and explains every exercise we do very clearly.
We have also attended group gong/meditation sessions via Zoom which have been fantastic. We can’t recommend Nick highly enough!

Partaking in Nick's classes really is a joy. The relaxed teaching manner and explanation of each exercise and why it is good for the body makes me feel very comfortable with his expertise. I always feel invigorated mentally and physically after his yoga class. The gong class is a different experience altogether but I highly recommend this amazing way of meditating and relaxing. Anyone can do this and the sense of calm and tranquility afterwards is just wonderful.

Nick was employed by my employers to take 15 minute zoom meditation and movement sessions 3 x a week during the whole of lockdown and wfh.
He has kept us moving, calm and sane, whilst switching around the focus to our needs and requirements due to the ever-changing times e.g particularly stressful times, sleepless times, back-aching and poor posture times.
