I’m kicking myself for not going sooner. I’ve lived around the corner from Paola’s studio for about a year now and today was my first class and it was incredible. Paola has such a contagious energy about her, it’s no wonder this place has a devoted following. Excited to try the other instructors classes and I would highly recommend!

These classes are a game changer for me . Every single teacher is amazing , dynamic, positive and fun and I have never felt better after exercise as I do with theses classes, physically and emotionally.

I have been a fan of Paola's BodyBarre for years, it's the most intense all over body work out and each class is different which is important to me. Every exercise uses most muscles in your body, but most importantly, Abs!
Paula is not only responsible for me being in the best shape of my life (post baby) but she also noticed during a Zoom class (which was busy so she must have had plenty of screens in front of her), the fact that my stomach separation had not quite closed. She subsequently trained me and showed me how to participate in classes safely as well as improving my figure and posture.
I could not recommend these classes enough - the personal attention is second to none and the work out you get is killer!
