Pilates Sheen is a gem. I have been a regular client since the studio opened and could not recommend it more highly. Under Ellen’s professional physio guidance all of the instructors take time and care with each session tailoring the session to the physical and mental needs of that particular day . I always feel much better when I leave than when I arrived 1 hour earlier. Ideally situated with health and well being products available as you walk through Apples and Bees Health food shop.

I’ve been seeing Ellen for years, and in my opinion she is the best physio & Pilates instructor there is. Her personalised and considered approach, combining her in-depth physio expertise with guided one to one or duet Pilates has helped me tremendously throughout the years. I even did Pilates through my whole pregnancy under her guidance. Pilates Sheen is a lovely studio be able to do reformer Pilates in. Being able to do Pilates in a small group setting is very relaxing and your exercises are tailored to what your body would benefit from on the day-I always feel more supple, longer and leaner afterwards!
