Louie is a fantastic instructor, I attended his barre, pilates and on the ball classes at Meridian fitness, it became apparent immediately that he has expert knowledge and is very well established, I quickly became one of his regulars.
I worked in fitness for several years as a personal trainer, cycling coach and conditioning trainer for boxers and triathletes, so feel qualified to say that I am really impressed with Louie’s approach. In all of his classes he offers variations to newcomers or those with injuries and his understanding of anatomy seems vast.
Louie has had an interesting career as a dancer and his background in dance gives him a fantastic edge on other instructors as he is able to add choreography and use music to keep his classes entertaining. He has a very sharp wit and a wonderful sense of humour so his classes are always fun and never a chore. I can’t wait to get back to the gym. In the meantime I’ve been taking part in his zoom classes, which have kept me sane through lockdown!
Louie is compassionate and empathetic, he designs challenging sessions that are safe and he is quickly able to alter instructions and differentiate. When I aggravated my back injury decorating Louie was kind enough to give me a one to one session advising me of exercises to help, which was wonderful as it was impossible to see a doctor or physio at the time. It really helped me recover quickly.
I really can’t recommend Louie enough. He’s a great instructor and a lovely person.

The Pilates Instructor Louie, turning 60 this year, is a prime example of how his body moves like a younger person in their 30s. The benefits of doing Pilates are endless maintaining good posture and flatter stomach. To feeling incontrolof your body.
Louie is highly recommended, and the first class is free.

Excellent!!! Louie is really a great pilates teacher and person. Since I started with Louie's classes, a combination of exercises and relaxation techniques have helped strengthen my core and I haven't had back pain anymore. Good improvements since then. Really great!!!

I always look forward to Louie's Pilates Sessions as his instructions are clear and he maintains a steady pace. He is friendly and available for post-class discussions. I have Scoliosis and find Louie informative with my Pilates practice. I highly recommend Louie as a Pilates Instructor.

I must say, I am super impressed with Louie! He took one look at me and could see where my back pain originates from! Louie pays so much attention to you and makes sure you are doing things right. He was very helpful with my back injury issues and gave me plenty of advise on right techniques with a specific exercises tailored to me. Louie makes me feel very comfortable during the workout and we also share a laugh as the atmosphere is very relaxed. Things I have learned from him about my posture and correct techniques for many different types of exercises in such short period of time are unbelievable!
I can recommend Louie to everyone, you will not find a better personal trainer!

I joined Louie's group on Wednesday. 6pm class at dcp studio for beginners in Greenwich as had knee pain that just got worse feeling it all down to my ankles my posture wasn't great, my GP recommended Louie's class. So off I went. As a male, I thought no way this Pilates will help. Wow was I wrong Louie is charming in his teaching, and the odd banter and laught can happen. It's a pleasurable way to learn technique and how he teaches you to correct yourself with different levels for everyone HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have suffered from a sports injury from football. Lower sciatic back pain. At times making it unbearable to walk. My physio suggested Pilates and he gave me Louies contact details.
