I have been training in 1 to 1 in Polestar Pilates for about half a year now, and I have trained in other Pilates studio outside the country as well as being a weightlifter for a long time. Audren at polestar is an amazing instructor, every session is different and always fun to attend, not a single time I’ve ever felt I don’t want to come in. I also recommend my beginner friends to come and they also thoroughly enjoyed the session.

I’ve completed subsequent continuing education courses and I mentor students undertaking Polestar courses and exams. I’d highly recommend Polestar Pilates U.K. as a training provider and for classes. They constantly update their courses to make them cutting edge and their additional courses are always topical. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and want to help you learn and achieve. There are constant links to their overseas branches which provides a scope of more places and people to learn from and train with.

Outstandingly high quality Pilates training and studio. Polestar provides fully rounded, in depth courses that take your understanding and expertise to the highest level. They create a friendly and supportive environment and everyone is treated as an individual. Their systems for monitoring and supporting the progress of every student is robust and challenging. Having been to a number of other Pilates practices as a customer for Pilates lessons I was amazed at the level, quality and depth of the Pilates instructors at Polestar. Polestar was recommended to me as the place to train to become a Pilates teacher because of their high standards and comprehensive approach and I am very grateful to have been able to train with them. If you want the best training you need to train with the best and I couldn’t recommend Polestar enough!

It is an incredible space, two large fully equipped pilates studios, two therapy rooms & an outstanding roster of highly qualified pilates teachers & therapists - some of the best in the business. The owners take great care to ensure that the studios are Covid safe, maintain strict cleaning policies & always in line with Government guidelines. The safety of those who use the premises is always paramount. There is a top if the range ventilation system too, so there is always fresh air in the studios. I highly recommend Polestar Pilates UK to anyone who is curious about doing 121 pilates with an instructor or learning to become an instructor. It is rare to find such a gem of a space in the centre of London.

I did my comprehensive Pilates teacher training with Polestar UK. The quality of the training provided by the UK educators and mentors was amazing. It was way more than just a career change for me, it changed my life and the way I relate to people, to my body and my movement practice. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to train or re-train from a recognized school with a strong worldwide presence! The studio space is one of the best in town as well! Very spacious and modern with lots of light. The equipment is up to date and well maintained with lots of props to play with! The ventilation system is top notch (random I know but so important in these COVID times). They are only a short 15mins walk from the station. It’s a bit tricky to find at first as they are surrounded by a lot of new development but you can tell this will be a cute area to commute to once it’s all finished!
