My partner and decided to pick up yoga for the first time ever. Thank goodness we booked private sessions with Rosyalnd! She is so patient with us, and every week she brings new ideas, tailored to our goals. She has worked with me on a lot on my lower back and posture issues. Yoga with Rosalynd is one of the highlights of our week, and even after a few sessions we are already starting to feel the health and mind benefits. Highly recommend! If I could give six stars I would!!

Doing yoga with Ros has been a Godsend at this time of lockdown. I am over 70 with a couple of mobility problems associated with scoliosis, arthritis & general decrepitude, but thanks to Ros I am hopeful of emerging the other side a lot fitter & more flexible than when I went in! Our sessions are always fun & she varies the routines to keep me, sometimes literally, on my toes. She is also super-friendly, patient & encouraging & I would recommend her to people in my age group particularly who need to take positive steps to keep on the move when the sofa & the TV look so inviting!

Having never done Yoga before, I wasn't too sure if it was going to be for me. However, after 4 sessions with Rosalynd I cant get enough of it. I can already feel and see the benefits, feeling more flexible than I have in years.
Rosalynd is very knowledgeable, patient and funny and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I will certainly be recommending for my friends.

Rosalynd was a really great yoga teacher and I much preferred her classes to ones I've tried at the gym. She's very good an checking out your technique and correcting it for you; I found out I've been doing downward dog wrong this whole time! I'd highly recommend her for all levels of yoga.

I've never done yoga before and classes with Rosalynd are the best beginning to this adventure I could have imagined.
She's always well prepared and has a plan for each class which are a perfect combination of physically demanding and relaxing practice. Should anyone has an injury, she's comfortable to adjust the type of exercises to either avoid the pain or strengthen the strained body part.
Rosalynd pays attention to all details necessary to create the right atmosphere, such as music, candles or essential oils. All this combined with her sense of humour and how easily approachable she is makes every class a pleasure and helps me disconnect from work related stress.
I will happily continue to attend Rosalynd's classes and will seek to improve my yoga skills, especially now that I have a motivation to practice at home after seeing its positive impact on my body and mind.

After 15+ years of yoga classes I have started training one to one with Rosalynd and haven't looked back. She fixed a shoulder injury which 5 sessions of osteopathy had failed to fix. Also great with kids. My 9 year old looks forward to her visits. She motivates me to practice on my own, so that in terms of cost per hours practiced it compares well with group classes.

Private yoga with Rosalynd was brilliant. She was a wonderful teacher, who made the yoga classes a fun and enlightening experience. As soon as I finished the class, I was looking forward to the next. I have done four sessions of yoga with Rosalynd and I would arrive after work feeing tired and I would leave feeling rejuvenated. I have learnt a lot of techniques that I can now use in my own yoga classes in the gym or at home. I feel more confident with my downward dog position. It was fun to work with Rosalynd.

Rosalynd is a joy to be taught by. I hate all forms of exercise but wanted to try yoga. However Rosalynd very quickly assessed that doing all yoga would not tone me up in the way I wanted or needed as I was having difficulty walking up even one flight of stairs, so needed to develop more strength in my legs. She pushes me, but in a nice way. She has developed our routine , changing it and adapting it each week to personalise it around what will work best for me, adding a short brisk walk to get my heart rate up and adding music and some Pilates. I look forward to seeing her each week, although I don't look forward to exercise which I hate, but I am motivated to exercise on my own each day for a few minutes so she must be brilliant at her job.
