Jazz is the best yoga teacher I have ever had the pleasure of doing a class with.
Her class always leaves me feeling physically
relaxed and released from the tensions that have built up in my body .
And I feel mentally nourished with the beautiful teachings she shares with us each week .
I never feel bored or overworked in Jazz 's class she has such an engaging and knowledgeable way she delivers her class .
I'm a definite fan for life.
I highly recommend this class you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love Jaz as a yoga teacher. She is very friendly, humourous, warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk into her class. She is very attentive to each and everyone's personal circumstances and if there are any physical positions that you find are a little too hard to get into she will always offer an alternative. I was sceptical about yoga in the beginning but gave it a chance and I'm so happy that I did, I feel so relaxed in class, Jaz's soothing tones just send me off to another place and the music is second to none, do calming. She is so educated in what she teaches and gives you stories from her own experience to show how yoga can change the way you think and act. Couldn't see myself doing yoga with anybody else.

I've had the most amazing yoga practice (well, the best to date, and I am not 20 anymore :)) with Jaz today (in Better, Bethnal Green). It is a combination of mindfulness and physical exercise. And the theme of the mindfulness practice varies week by week. Jaz is well-prepared and looks after her students in the class. Will return for more, definitely the best yoga practice I have ever had.

I've been going to Jaz' Yoga and Pilates classes for a few years now, following her around different studios in London. I love the way she explains postures and ensures every single person in the room is included and has the right alignment.
Jaz is also such a lovely, caring & friendly person who always greets you with a big smile and a kind word. She will make you work hard (there's no slacking in her classes) and you never get bored as each week there's a new theme and routine. It's not your usual commercial yoga classes. With Jaz, you don't only get fitter and more flexible but you might even take away a few nuggets of wisdom from the readings during the relaxation.
