I have been working from home during this difficult times in front of computer and as my back pain started to increase I decided to take some online classes to improve my posture and keep my sanity. I have tried Pilates Mat Online class on Mondays and Ballet Barre Online class on Thursdays held by the wonderful instructors from The Movement Studio and it has been a great experience for me. The instructors are well trained and ready to help while the classes are enough size to ensure that the exercises are done to gain maximum benefit and the instructors are able to correct us when needed.
I am very happy The Movement Studio has moved their classes online during this lockdown and give us the opportunity to improve our flexibility by exercising from home. I cannot recommend them enough.

When I first went to the Movement Studio I could barely walk. I'd been in hospital for five days, unable to move, and I really needed help.
I got it at the Movement Studio. From my introductory session to my final online classes, the care I've had from Gabbi, Kami and Valentina has been attentive, kind, and overwhelmingly effective. They've turned me into a relatively normal human being again, and I'll be forever grateful for that.

The Pilates classes they offer are 100% personalised. All instructors are well trained and ready to help you improve you flexibility and posture regardless of your level of fitness. I have already recommended a few of my friends to come as it has helped me improve my posture and relief lower back and neck pain. In addition, with my better posture and breathing, I am more confident in everything I do now!

I've been attending Valentina's barre class every Wednesday for a month now. Being a professional ballet dancer and qualified Pilates instructor, Valentina's classes are the perfect balance of fun and challenge. She'll make sure you're working hard while looking pretty and light like a proper ballerina. She's very attentive and the small class environment helps ensure everyone gets every movement right. I love excercising now and I've already started noticing a difference in my core strength and muscle tone. Thank you Valentina!

Gabi and Kami were so welcoming from the very first session. They both really know their stuff. Gabi was so thorough when teaching and really learns all her clients different strengths and weaknesses. I absolutely loved my group classes every week and when I recently became pregnant Gabi was not only discreet but also knew exactly how to change my classes to adapt to my new condition! I'm gutted I was leaving the area as it is some of the best teaching I've ever had. Thank you!

I suffered from back pain for a long time and ended up having emergency microdiscectomy in June last year. Once I could move I tried quite a few Pilates private sessions around but could never find anyone who would really care or help me.
