Yoga House London has created a much-needed community in Lee, without a doubt it’s has become my sanctuary. The moment you walk through the door you meet a warm welcome firstly by the lovely staff and then by the beautiful smells of the studio. I am always happy that I have bothered to come back to Yoga House London and am so grateful that Kasia has made such a wonderful safe welcoming studio on my doorstep.

I have recently taken advantage of the 20 days for £20 offer at Catford - thank you Yoga House! I probably wouldn’t have committed to anything longer term if I had just 1 or 2 sessions as I am not very bendy or very strong. But I kept at it and the difference in my arm strength alone in that little amount of time is fantastic. I have gone a good 3-4 times a week and am now addicted! I love every instructor’s class I go to and they are all so varied, different, professional, lovely and helpful. I will be joining as a member on return from holiday. Completely love my new practice! Thank you so much!!

Yogahouse is not just an exercise studio, it is a true community crafted out of love and compassion for the local area and its people, and for the origins and meaning of the practice. Beautifully decorated, the studios have all the props you need that are kept in great condition. Every last detail is thought of, from how the room is scented to the essential sprays for the mats, to herbal tea on arrival. It's a real community space, with regular collaborations and pop ups between local businesses. There is every type of class you could hope for, and the teachers are so varied in style but so united in their quality, patience, kindess and expertise. It's also amazing value - you won't find this quality at this price anywhere else in London. It's an absolute gem and I hope it goes from strength to strength.

I have just started Pilates lessons with Tara. All three lessons so far have been brilliant. Tara makes the effort to know each class member, safe guards any health issues, gives individual instruction and makes the classes fun. Pilates combined with my regular gym visits is working for me. Anyone wishing to improve mobility and strengthen your core should look at Pilates.
