I love this class! Having tried lots of different yoga classes in London & NYC, I can safely say this is one of the best. Just the right mix of building a sweat, improving my practice and feeling relaxed/energised afterwards. You're not all boxed in like sardines either. Olivia is a really likable person and her voice is easy to connect with. Easy peasy location too.

My favourite yoga class by a landslide! Olivia is a down-to-earth and very helpful instructor, and she makes people of all levels feel welcome. You can be a beginner or a pro and you will all walk out feeling like you got the most out of the class.
I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over a year but have only come to truly feel and understand its benefits after coming to Olivia’s class which just comes to show how important the quality of the instructor is.
If you haven’t done so already, come to Olivia’s class I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I have been doing yoga for about 8 years and have been taught by many different teachers, but I can confidently say that Olivia is the one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, she helps you develop your practice in a way that is mindful of your body shape, flexibility and strength. She also runs amazing yoga retreats, which I would highly recommend: beautiful locations, great food, and of course, challenging but calming yoga classes where each and every student learns so much about how they can improve their practice, whether that’s just getting their breathing right, finding an easier way to get to a full plank, or perfecting a handstand.

Olivia is an amazing yoga teacher! She manages to strike the delicate balance between challenge and relaxation - everything you want from an hour after a busy day. She's attentive and happy to help you adjust your poses and movements, whilst managing to avoid making you feel overly observed. I couldn't recommend the classes highly enough - great tunes, flows, moments of zen but mainly a down to earth and inclusive vibe which is incredibly refreshing.

Olivia is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking your positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. She also runs retreats which are really well organised, in beautiful locations, with great company, and worth every penny.

Olivia's lessons are very well design. She explains every pose carefully ensuring we know which muscles are to be used in each move. I would definitely recommend her classes to either anyone new to yoga or people used to practice and with good knowledge.

Easily one of my favorite classes/teachers in London. Olivia instructs poses very clearly, and teaches and sequences in a way that will allow you to feel new things in your body in familiar poses. The sequences are always strong and enjoyable, and the emphasis on the balance of strengthening and stretching the body is perfect. Highly recommend these classes!
