Sara came into our office and conducted a 30 minute laughter yoga/wellness laughter session for our team and it was absolutely fantastic! Sara managed to bring the silliness out of every single one of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The questionnaire we took before and after proved that following the session, everyone was feeling a lot more positive and less stressed. Cannot wait to book in the next session with you Sara!

Sara Kay's Laughter Yoga sessions are a lot of fun. I didn't know what to expect when I joined the first session and felt extremely awkward and self conscious but Sara was welcoming and very quickly put me at ease. It is easy to be swept along with her enthusiasm and dynamic energy and her directions are easy to follow. I now really look forward to her weekly session where I can play with childlike silliness and from which I emerge feeling brighter, calmer, and more smiley. Sara has a natural warmth and kindness, as well as her authenticity as she delivers the sessions which I highly recommend.

I attended one of Sara's laughter yoga sessions this evening. It does what it says on the tin!!!!! We laughed and Boy, did we laugh!!! It was fun, and more than that.
Sara's knowledge of how it can benefit one in so many ways, her explanation of what we were doing, and the care she took with us, was almost as infectious as the laughter.

I attended a 30-minute workshop one morning this week and it was brilliant. Sara is engaging and fun, and a really positive and kind person. I was left feeling energised, full of positivity and ready for the day! The session also completely eased some muscle pain I was experiencing around my back and shoulders.

We chose Sara to deliver a workshop to a group of young people we were working with who were joining in with sessions on helping them to live their best life. We chose Sara as we felt laughter is the best medicine and it was something different for our young people to try. Sara was very skilled with the work and information she provided and we felt in safe hands as she made the session very safe and comfortable for everyone.
Sara was punctual for the sessions and provided lots of content and fun filled activities for the young people. She was extreamly friendly and provided excellent communication so we knew what to expect from the sessions. Our clients really enjoyed the session. Some of our young people were initially shy to join in but Sara made everyone feel comfortable and let everyone join in at their own pace and by the end of the session we were all in fits of laughter! Would definitley reccomend!

I attended a half-hour Laughter Yoga session at the beginning of March not really knowing what to expect. What I found was Sara, a jolly person who is passionate about the benefits that laughter can bring about in relation to stress and positivity. She takes us through a range of actions and movements incorporating laughter that within a short space of time provide a lasting mood boost. And importantly, she is conscientious about advising at the beginning contraindications that can make it unwise to practice this. I look forward to this wonderful kickstart to my week as I continue to participate weekly.

Sara's e-book is a great introduction to Laughter Yoga for anyone who hasn't tried it before. Quick and easy exercises to do at home to start your day - some out loud, some silent, all lots of fun. My favourite was the Laughter Shower - I will certainly be doing that again!
The e-book led me to attend one of Sara's Saturday morning Laughter Burst sessions which was welcoming, rejuvenating and fun.

I went to the online Bollywood dance laughter yoga session and really enjoyed it. Sara made it really easy to follow along, explaining everything as we went. Our cameras stayed on the whole time but our microphones were on mute - I didn't feel self conscious at all, it was a great group.
I really enjoyed feeling a bit silly (in a good way) and having some fun - would recommend!
