M. C. O. M. K.I literally fell in love with two yoga classes Katy introduced locally. Both Hot Yoga and Yoga Trapiz are such a rewarding way of getting healthier and was so much fun too. Luxurious environment, always smells heavenly of exotic essentials oils, music all around and Katys voice guiding you through an hour of yoga journey. It is just what I need.
Highly recommend everyone try these classes if you love yoga and would like to experience something very special and unique.
