I went to Conrad’s classes after doing some online Forrest Yoga classes and really enjoying them. The postures are well balanced to work on both strength and flexibility and require a bit of mental work too, which I love. The class is perfect for all levels as variations are given to make the postures accessible. Conrad is a great teacher and I totally recommend his classes.
