Chris is a great teacher, she is friendly and very informative about the body and exercises she gives you. She teaches to all levels and has helped with my back issues over the years.
The classes are always interesting. Chris is also very accommodating if you can't make a certain class and will always allow you to make classes on other days

Fantastic instructor. I have been going to Christine for the last five months and I have NEVER stuck to a class before. I have been going to Chris’s Pilates classes for over 6 years now, since suffering a period of back pain, and enjoy every one. She is friendly, yet professional, extremely knowledgeable about fitness, and always makes an effort to get to know you and your body individually. She is then brilliant at differentiating the exercises so that we can all work to our own personal limit. There is a warm and safe atmosphere in the class and Chris makes every one of us feel valued and supported. In addition, she is always coming up with inventive ways to raise money for charity and help the local community. During the lockdowns she cleverly reinvented her classes and kept us going online too with a variety of HIIT and other workouts.. Thanks to Chris my back and body feel stronger and I am definitely more aware of its strengths and weaknesses. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone coming to her classes. You will not be disappointed!

I was really unsure about joining a Pilates group but was soon put at ease by Chris. Chris is able to take account of people's individual needs and tailor the moves to your ability. Not only is it doing me good it is also fun.
