James is an amazing teacher. The kind of teacher that guides you back to your own inner space of wellbeing as well as your own inner knowing. I thoroughly recommend any of his workshops or trainings.

For the past six years, I have been attending Restfulbeing/James’s yoga classes in Iffley Village Hall, and a few retreats, residential and non-residential.
James is a wise and talented yoga teacher. The depth of his knowledge of the history, philosophy, and spirituality of yoga is profound. I trust his classes are well thought out with specific goals. The teaching style is such that most times I felt the classes were specially designed just for me, meeting all my relaxing, stretching, strengthening and balancing needs physically; as well as grounding and quietening my mind. – and I know for a fact that all I have learned will stay with me for my life and benefiting me and those around me in many ways.
If you’re considering taking a class, going on a retreat, or just to talk to someone, trust me, Restfulbeing/James is the best!
