I honestly have never had such a fab experience in an exercise class.Sarah is knowledgeable, kind and professional. At my age I do find it hard to get back into exercise but I really think Sarah’s approach and patience really helps. She’s been very constant through what must have been a tough time with the pandemic as well. Very impressed.

Sarah is so lovely, my first class she made me feel really welcome and explained every move in detail with easy and hard versions. She also took the time to make sure I was carrying out the move correctly and for maximum benefit. I've had some private and also group classes with Sarah, shes very professional, but also welcoming, friendly and fun. Sarah is a brilliant teacher, she somehow always gets the most out of every exercise for you no matter your limitations, and her classes are always varied. I had been recommended to take up Pilates as part of my recovery from a recent surgical procedure. I was initially a bit unsure as i was always under the impression that pilates classes weren't attended my men.
I have now been going for approximately 4 weeks, i am one of only 2 men who attends my class i am always made to feel welcome, Sarah is a very motivated instructor and always takes time to explain the exercises we will be undertaking, i really look forward to my Monday class Highly Recommended
