I would highly recommend one to one classes with Beth it is a completely enjoyable and positive learning experience. Years of NHS Physio’s and seeking various private treatments no one has ever been so measured and careful in giving me a manageable program tailored to my injuries and issues. Not only will Beth demonstrate but she will watch you to ensure you are exercising correctly so you get the most from your practice and don’t do any further injury. Excellent service from a lovely lady. Thank you so much and I look forward to your continued support.

he coaching session was focused around how I was feeling and what was going on for me at the moment.
I really appreciated the questions that Beth asked, they help to prompt my thinking. Through conversation, movement and feedback, I had a better understanding and more clarity about what is going on. I was given the space to find ideas myself and notice the connections between things. It really helped me to realise what I have to contribute.
Overall I found Beth’s coaching supported me to understand my own capacity and skills. It felt incredibly rewarding.
I now feel empowered me to speak up for what I know is right, not only for myself but also for the organisation I represent. I certainly wouldn't have had the confidence to do this before the coaching session.
Beth gave me the chance to explore things more deeply, she supported the process with her incredible wealth of knowledge and resources. I’d high recommend trying embodiment coaching with Beth to help you to connect your body and mind

I first started practising yoga with Beth in group classes in Pembrokeshire. I was completely new to yoga, and didn’t really know what to expect, but was reassured by Beth’s relaxed and friendly approach. I attended group classes for a few years until Beth moved to Swansea, and I then travelled to Swansea for her individual lessons. Beth tailors these for each individual and are very helpful if you have a specific area you want to focus on. Time and family constraints meant I couldn’t continue to travel to Swansea for lessons, but I continued to follow Beth on her website and social media and was delighted when she decided to provide on-line workshops and yoga lessons. I subscribed to both her Anxiety and Sleep recorded workshops and found these immensely helpful, with good, practical strategies to deal with issues. I have also subscribed to the recorded 60-minute Yoga lesson – this is excellent, like being in class with her, and left me feeling relaxed and calm. Beth is a great teacher; she explains and demonstrates postures very clearly and has a calm and assured teaching style. If you aren’t able to attend group classes or individual lessons, I really recommend you try the online material.

Just want to take a moment to recommend Yoga Practice .
Beth is a fantastic practitioner. Her focused approach to my particular problem (arthritic hip) has had a significant effect on pain management and movement. The 1:1 sessions allow for a bespoke approach.
Thanks for all your help. Anyone suffering with joint pain I suggest you get in touch.

Beth was highly recommended to me by another experienced, respected local yoga teacher. I was still genuinely impressed by how deeply she understands and embodies her yoga practice. In our one to one classes Beth looked at what my body needed and showed me how to use yoga to strengthen my joints. She teaches with a combination of gentle understanding and discerning insight and looks at how she can best help you to integrate a daily practice into your life in a realistic, manageable way. I found the classes energising and rejuvenating and they reminded me of why I love yoga. Thank you Beth, I'll definitely be back for more!

We had been thinking about trying yoga for some time. We saw Beth was running an introduction class, we decided to give it a go- and we're delighted that we did!
My partner suffers from a bad back so we were looking to improve our core strength and increase our flexibility as we want to remain as active as possible for as long as possible.
Beth teaches a style of yoga that is a great combination of movement and breathing so it is both a good workout but relaxing at the same time.
Since starting with Beth six months ago, my partner has not had any issues with his back and we both feel much stronger physically and more toned. The breathing and relaxation techniques are also very helpful to manage everyday stress and anxiety.
Beth is an attentive and mindful teacher (and genuinely nice person) and we can't recommend her highly enough!

The one to one tuition I had with Beth was amazing. I was unlucky enough to have a period of Ill health, which left me feeling low, and struggling to move without pain. I approached Beth for help with yoga for rehabilitation, and recovery.
Beth was patient, and encouraging. I was a total beginner, but I have really enjoyed my classes, and have made huge improvements in my practice. I have improved so much, that I recently took part in a walking marathon challenge!
I truly believe Beth was instrumental in my recovery. I would recommend anyone struggling with illness, or injury to try yoga with Beth.
Thank you Beth, for all your help. ☺

My wife and I, both in our early 70s, started individual sessions with Beth about 18 months ago. We're very happy we did so.
Beth is a knowledgeable and observant instructor; a good communicator with a clear and understandable method. She's helped us both sustain and improve mobility, balance, and breathing, using movement and exercises suitable for our different needs.
With her friendly and relaxed personality we really enjoy our sessions, and it's a definite 5 star rating.

I began working with Beth in July 2018, knowing absolutely nothing about yoga but wanting to try it to see if it eased my hip and back problems. Being wary of my physical limitations, I thought it would be best to find a teacher who could work with me one to one. I chose to contact Beth because I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and ongoing study evidenced by the details on her website, and because the type of yoga she taught seemed to be geared to a therapeutic approach. I made the right choice. At our first meeting she took a careful case history, and the sessions she devised for my home practice gently extended the range of my mobility and strengthened the right muscles to protect areas of weakness. Her approach was diagnostic and sympathetic. Since then I have continued regular one to one sessions, including throughout lockdown via Zoom, and even dipped my nervous toes into her workshops and some group sessions. Through working with her, I am beginning to discover yoga as a useful tool for the mind as well as the body, something I had not seriously sought but which I find increasingly empowering.

Beth is a superb yoga teacher, after having injured my back and struggling to get mobile again her individual lessons have given me my mobility back. So gently in the beginning and then gradually improving to give me the mobility to swim miles and feel strong again, both physically and for relaxation I couldn't ask for a better teacher, so glad I found her!

I started yoga with Beth in summer 2015 , 2 years after a disc injury to my back which had left me with ongoing discomfort. I had tried some yoga previously along with physiotherapy exercises but was having fairly frequent flare-ups and diminishing confidence in how far I should be pushing my body to rebuild strength vs fear of further injury. In private lessons with a tailored home practice Beth has helped me massively, showing understanding of both the physical and psychological aspects of injury recovery, which has enabled me to gradually build back both lost confidence and range of motion at my own pace. She has a warm, engaging and reassuring manner.
I have more recently also started Beth’s group classes in addition to private lessons. These classes are kept small and allow for different abilities to come together in a very friendly and relaxing environment, without any of the sense of competitiveness or getting left behind that friends have reported from large, fast-paced yoga groups at gyms & leisure centres. Although without the specific individual tailoring of a private class it is clear that Beth is still attuned to the individual needs of her class students and offers modifications where needed, so that while encouraged to explore and gradually extend depth of postures, nobody is pushed beyond their comfort level.

When I first started yoga I didn't really believe that such simple exercises would cure my neck and back problems - but they have. Beth is gentle and encouraging but also very persistent so even dinosaur beginners like me get it right in the end! I can't recommend her classes highly enough.

I have flirted with yoga sporadically over the decade with attendance at the odd class, but that has never worked for me.
I needed a personal programme and have now got one after completing Beth's thorough assessment delivered in a nice, relaxed manner. Armed with this starting point, I now know where I am going, so thank you Beth.

I am REALLY grateful to have Beth as a yoga teacher! She is a lovely, gentle, very straight forward person. What I love is that we don’t do lots of complicated asanas (poses) but rather we focus on HOW we are doing them. There is so much to learn to do with how we use our breath, how we use our feet, how we adjust our spine/posture etc etc. A lot of it is very subtle, but very interesting and engaging, and I end up working much harder than I realise. Beth is also very good at tailoring what we are doing to individual needs, so everyone can enjoy her class. And we usually have some time for specific breath work, pranayama, and mindful relaxation at the end. Fabulous, thank you Beth.

I love the way Beth teaches yoga. The one on one support is ideal and the focus on the breath is really relaxing. I always feel better after a session and haven't found many teachers who work in the same way. She clearly knows her stuff and I found I was able to trust her.

following my doctors advice to seek lessons from an accredited yoga teacher, I found Beth and have never looked back. As a result of her individual tuition, I am now free from pain. I continue to use the yoga routine she designed for me on a daily basis. I can now enjoy my life to the full and I am so grateful for Beth's help and support.

I started Beth's yoga class back in 2011 when I was pregnant with my first child. I had a bad back during pregnancy and my doctor suggested yoga. It worked really well and reduced the pain/uncomfortableness, it also helped me prepare for labour. Beth was really supportive and professional. Within the class she adapted poses specific for me and always ensured quality of sessions.
After having my two children close together my back was quite bad and a scan revealed bulging discs. My core was very weak. Not the best move but I decided to run the Cardiff half marathon and while it was fantastic it wasn't good for my back! I injured myself badly and contacted Beth for private therapy sessions, which I started end of 2014.
It's been fantastic, as usual Beth has been supportive, professional, knowledgable and has put together tailored sessions for me, they have been at the right level and pace, Beth also integrated what my physiotherapist was saying. I went from being in pain all the time, having spasms, not having much movement and certainly not being able to do my sporting activities to now being back in my gym classes, no pain relief, no spasms and movement is a lot better. My inner core is a lot stronger and flare ups get further apart and don't last as long. I am continuing my 1:1 therapy as I want to get more flexible, stronger and continue strengthen my back. I want my flare ups to continue to get further apart.
Thanks for everything Beth

Before starting with Beth I had never done Yoga (or anything similar!) and I had no idea what to expect, I just thought it would be something that would be beneficial for me as I sit at a desk for most of my working week.
Beth’s classes are very easy to get to grips with and she explains the moves very well and why we are doing them. Over the past 6 months I have noticed that I am getting hardly any pain in my shoulders anymore and my general well-being seems to be more positive.
The most notable change has been how well I now sleep on a Thursday evening after class!!
I am far more aware of my posture during the week and also the effect of breathing and relaxing has on the state of mind.
For anyone considering yoga for health benefits; core strength, stress & anxiety, flexibility, wanting a better night’s sleep etc I would highly recommend getting booked onto one of Beths courses !

Beth is a brilliant teacher, she has so much experience, that what ever question you ask she always has an answer. I love her gentle style underpinned by her authentic desire to make a difference for you. She always puts your objectives first and despite me having quite specific goals, has really gone out of her way to help me.

I'm posting this on behalf of someone who isn't online much: "Yoga therapy with Beth has given me improved movement and flexibility to both a new injury and has made a great deal of difference to a couple of old injuries. I feel confident with the program, knowing it's specifically designed for me and will therefore not put further strain on my injuries which a generic routine would not take into account. I find the routines challenging but not overly taxing and they leave me feeling more comfortable and relaxed. Beth is lovely and listens to what you want to achieve. She sets realistic, achievable goals and has made my day to day life easier."
