Honestly couldn't be any luckier to find Yoga Flow Llanelli as my first yoga class experience! Both Rach and Dai are amazing people, so friendly and passionate about their classes, and really make it personal for each of us. I would highly recommend any of their classes! First class!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
