Will gave me a myofascial therapy and breathing massage which was far beyond any expectation I had. I have a long term respiratory condition and this was the first treatment I've had in over six months that I believe to be pivotal in advancing my recovery. Wills treatment released tensions in me that I was unaware I had and the breathing massage significantly expanded my breathing capacity which is truley remarkable. For the first time I felt hope for my recovery. Wills listening skills, nurturing nature and deeper understanding of the human condition means I'm looking forward to learning yoga with him and will certainly be benefitting from further massage treatments. Beyond superb.

The best yoga teacher I've ever had. I really enjoy Wills' class and appreciate the guidance and corrections given. The classes are refreshed regularly so there's always new postures to learn. There's always a calming and welcoming atmosphere too 🙂

His positivity and enthusiasm is infectious and he has a way of teaching each person as an individual rather than as part of a group. I have only been doing yoga for a relatively short time and Will has been fantastic. Will is very knowledgable, enthusiastic and a great yoga instructor. His classes are enjoyable, challenging, stimulating and relaxing all at the same time. I’ve had a few private yoga classes with Will to help speed my yoga development and learning and I would highly recommend these. All in all, highly recommended, great instructor, great classes.

In both yoga classes and myofascial release treatments Will is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, whilst also demonstrating a truly empathetic and holistic approach which I've found means that I am challenged enough but not too much, which for me is crucial to any progress or recovery. Treatments are gentle and relaxing and Will provides excellent, tailored follow up advice and exercises. Yoga classes are always joyful, peaceful and friendly, and feel like being part of a real community, with many smiles and encouragement 😊

I found Will to be a helpful and supportive yoga teacher so booked treatment for a neck issue. His manipulation (very relaxing!) and follow-up exercises sorted it and, following his advice, it hasn't returned. I've since been to him with back pain and again am happy with the results. If I get any twinges I turn to the simple exercises he gave me, which I should probably do more regularly anyway! Highly recommended.

Will is truly an amazing knowledgable Therapist. He made me feel welcome, completely comfortable, its was a joy to see him . Will has brilliant knowledge about how the body works. He worked on my feet showed me some stretches which I still do to keep my feet happy! Slowly over time I can see and feel many changes within the structure of my feet . I’ve been flat footed for years I have the starts of an arch coming back which is very exciting. I can move my big toes independently of the other toes now ,something I couldn't do. My balance has improved . My feet love it when I kick my shoes off at the end of the day and find freedom in the way I walk. Such a blessing. Then the surprise happened at every visit on an emotional level Will would say a word , or read a poem, and I would find myself releasing emotions that I have stored for years . I would leave his room feeling like I was walking on air.

Running has been an important part of my life for many years. About a year ago, I developed a nagging ache in my right knee. Separate issues were sore heels and problematic calluses on the soles of my feet. Visits to podiatrists and physiotherapists provided some short-term relief, but the underlying problems remained. I was open to possiblities of Myofascial release bodywork but the results far exceeded my expectations. The initial appointment was extremely thorough, the exercises focused and clearly explained and the massage both targeted and immediately effective. Each subsequent appointment was an opportunity to assess the progress made and adapt the exercise plan to ensure continued improvement. Ultimately Myofascial release bodywork has provided me with a personalised routine of stretches which pinpoint the problem areas within a broader, holositic approach to wellbeing, encompassing posture, breathing and meditation. I am able to run without pain and, to my delight, the caluses seem to be less pronounced. I reccomment Yoga and Healing Cheshire unreservedly.
